Eight Hours

I slept eight hours last night. And a two hour nap yesterday. Incredible!

And it was just on NPR this morning that getting at least 7 hours of sleep a night greatly reduces your risk of heart disease. And by greatly, I mean that people getting 5 or less hours per night were 4.5 times more likely to develop heart disease. Wow, huh? And people make fun of my pumpkin Toast.
